May 16, 2026 - Holly Club of Sea Girt will be holding a plant and flower sale to raise money for the club's activities. The event will be held at the Sea Girt Library from 10am - 2pm.
70 Year Celebration - Holly Club of Sea Girt is marking a milestone this year as the organization celebrates its 70th anniversary. As part of the celebration, members hope to plant two new gardens for residents to enjoy, one at Washington Boulevard and the Plaza and another at route 71 and Beacon Boulevard pending borough approval.
March 12, 2026 - At the march meeting of the Holly Club, Karen White a master gardener who created an international herb garden at the Earth Center in Middlesex County shared advice about growing and caring for summer herbs.



February 12, 2026 - Holly Club spreads valentine cheer at their February meeting by creating Valentine-themed floral arrangement for patients at Preferred Care Nursing and Rehab Center in Wall Township. Using an assortment of pink and red carnations and delicate sprays of baby's breath members put their green thumbs to work designing cheerful bouquets in colorful containers to brighten each patient's day.
December 12, 2025 - A cookie exchange and group social was held at the Sea Girt Lighthouse on December 12th. The beautifully decorated lighthouse done by the Holly Club was the perfect back drop for the event.




December 5, 2025 - The Holly Club was an active participant at the Holiday Festival and markets in the town of Sea Girt held on December 5th. They had many goods to sell including homemade soups, stews, chili, and meatballs. The also sold many items that are available year-round including Sea Girt monopoly, garden kneelers and gloves, and notecards. All proceeds will go towards supporting the groups programs.



December 4, 2025 - The Holly Club held their Christmas Luncheon at the Essex and Sussex Hotel in Spring Lake. It was fun time relaxing and socializing with the other members.​​​​​​​​​​



November 20, 2025 - At the November meeting of the Holly Club, members made boxwood trees for the holidays under the guidance of Kathy McNee from Wallflowers in Spring Lake Heights. Members learned something and took their creation home to enjoy.
